Role Overview
Responsible for delivering high‑quality FM hospitality services across Modon assets, ensuring excellent customer experience, adherence to safety and food‑handling standards, and consistent service excellence. Acts as a brand ambassador, maintaining professionalism, safety, and operational efficiency at all times. Reports directly to the Soft Services Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

  • Follow FM and food‑safety SOPs and work methods.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ensure strong customer experience and service excellence.
  • Report defects, hazards, and unusual activities to the supervisor.
  • Support team members and collaborate effectively.
  • Complete site audits and follow supervisor instructions promptly.

Quality Excellence

  • Adhere to BICSc, Food Safety, and HACCP standards.
  • Maintain and update FM hospitality checklists and documentation.
  • Respond positively to audit findings and corrective actions.

Health & Safety

  • Follow safe‑work procedures and food‑handler best practices.
  • Participate in toolbox talks and promote a safe workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Hospitality, or Cleaning.
  • Certifications such as BICSc, Food & Beverage Service, Customer Service, Food Handler, HACCP, or equivalent (UAE‑recognized) are an advantage.

Experience

  • 2–5 years in Office Boy/Assistant, F&B, or similar roles.

Competencies

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Team player with experience in fast‑paced environments.
  • Basic English communication skills (written and spoken).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
