Key Responsibilities1. Office Maintenance & Cleanliness
- Keep the office clean and well-organized (workstations, meeting rooms, reception, pantry).
- Dusting, mopping, cleaning doors, windows, and furniture.
- Ensure bathrooms and common areas are clean and stocked with supplies.
- Empty waste bins and manage basic housekeeping tasks.
2. Pantry & Refreshments
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Maintain pantry supplies and notify admin when stock needs replenishment.
- Keep the pantry area clean and hygienic.
3. Administrative & Office Support
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document handling.
- Deliver documents/files to departments or external offices when required.
- Help with arranging meeting rooms and setting up refreshments.
- Support the admin team with minor office tasks.
4. Errands & Coordination
- Handle small office errands such as buying stationery or supplies.
- Assist in receiving and distributing mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with vendors or service personnel when instructed.
5. General Conduct
- Maintain a polite and professional attitude with staff and visitors.
- Follow office policies, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.
- Ensure punctuality and reliability in daily responsibilities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Basic reading and writing skills (preferred).
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Good personal hygiene and grooming.
- Friendly, responsible, and trustworthy demeanor.
- Prior experience in a similar role (preferred but not required).
