
Key Responsibilities
- Clean offices, meeting rooms, pantry, washrooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust furniture and equipment
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
- Refill pantry and cleaning supplies when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen/pantry utensils
- Assist with photocopying, filing, and basic office support tasks
- Deliver documents or packages within or outside the office if required
- Report maintenance or repair issues to management
- Follow health and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Basic reading and communication skills
- Previous cleaning or office assistant experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Good physical condition and stamina
- Honest, punctual, and well-mannered
