Key Responsibilities

  • Clean offices, meeting rooms, pantry, washrooms, and common areas
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust furniture and equipment
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
  • Refill pantry and cleaning supplies when needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen/pantry utensils
  • Assist with photocopying, filing, and basic office support tasks
  • Deliver documents or packages within or outside the office if required
  • Report maintenance or repair issues to management
  • Follow health and safety guidelines

Requirements

  • Basic reading and communication skills
  • Previous cleaning or office assistant experience is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Good physical condition and stamina
  • Honest, punctual, and well-mannered

Working Conditions
