Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Caretaker to ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep of our office premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and organized working environment for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Clean and maintain office premises, including floors, walls, windows, and furniture.
2. Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of office areas, including reception, meeting rooms, and employee workstations.
4. Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and unclogging drains.
5. Monitor and report any damage or issues to office property.
6. Maintain office supplies and equipment.
7. Assist in setting up and cleaning up after meetings and events.
8. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
1. Matriculation or equivalent qualification.
2. CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) copy.
3. Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.
4. Physically fit and able to perform manual labor.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Reference letter from a previous organization where you worked for 10+ years, guaranteeing your work and character.
