Office boy Sweeper

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the office, assisting with basic tasks, and ensuring a hygienic and organized work environment. This role requires honesty, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including floors, furniture, washrooms, and kitchen area.
• Perform regular dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitization of the office.
• Wash and clean utensils, cups, and other office kitchen items.
• Assist in preparing and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Dispose of garbage and maintain waste bins in a clean condition.
• Ensure washrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies (soap, tissue, etc.).
• Handle minor errands inside and outside the office as assigned.
• Assist office staff with photocopying, filing, or other basic tasks when required.
• Report any repair or maintenance issues immediately to the administration.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Office Boy/Helper or similar role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning and hygiene practices.
• Physically fit to handle cleaning and carrying tasks.
• Punctual, trustworthy, and hardworking.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.
