We Are Hiring – Office Clerk (Garage Experience Required)

Location: Dubai

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage job cards for all repair work.
  • Take before-and-after photos of vehicles for documentation.
  • Assist the accountant with invoices, data entry, and filing.
  • Prepare and organize documents related to vehicle repairs and business operations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, understand their requirements, and provide assistance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a garage or automotive workshop is a must.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken & written).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Familiarity with automotive terms and repair processes.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Garage work: 2 years (Preferred)
