We Are Hiring – Office Clerk (Garage Experience Required)
Location: Dubai
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and manage job cards for all repair work.
- Take before-and-after photos of vehicles for documentation.
- Assist the accountant with invoices, data entry, and filing.
- Prepare and organize documents related to vehicle repairs and business operations.
- Communicate effectively with customers, understand their requirements, and provide assistance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a garage or automotive workshop is a must.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken & written).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Familiarity with automotive terms and repair processes.
- Responsible, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
