Office Clerk

As a general contractor, Evolve Realty & Development has the expertise to manage all aspects of the construction process, from project planning to construction management and quality control. We self-perform most of the work to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency, and work with our vendors to ensure that their projects are completed on time and within budget.

In addition to their construction services, Evolve Realty & Development also offers property management services to for our buildings to ensure that properties are well-maintained and profitable. We have a team of experienced property managers who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to their tenants, ensuring that their properties are fully leased and generating revenue.

We are looking for an Office Clerk to join our team and help with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong customer service focus. Responsibilities include filing documents, managing databases, and providing support to the office staff. The successful candidate will also be responsible for answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting with other general office duties as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain filing systems and update records as needed.
  • Perform data entry tasks and other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
