Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Oversee calendar management for multiple programs, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events with precision.
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry, and record-keeping using tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
- Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and ensuring a clean and welcoming workspace.
- Assist with clerical duties, including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative projects.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks, adhering to deadlines through effective time management.

Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy.
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
- Prior clerical or medical/dental receptionist experience is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with proofreading skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to manage calendars, data entry, filing systems, and perform general office duties confidently.
