We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized supporting various programs that drive our organizational success. Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee calendar management for multiple programs, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events with precision.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry, and record-keeping using tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and ensuring a clean and welcoming workspace.
  • Assist with clerical duties, including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative projects.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks, adhering to deadlines through effective time management.
  • Board engagament

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy.
  • Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
  • Prior clerical or medical/dental receptionist experience is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail with proofreading skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage calendars, data entry, filing systems, and perform general office duties confidently. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
