About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator to support our marketing, sales, PR, and communications activities. Based in Dubai, this role requires strong organizational skills, creative thinking, and excellent English communication abilities both written and spoken. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening brand presence, client relationships, and media visibility, while ensuring seamless coordination across teams.


Key Responsibilities

  •  Email & Communication: Draft, edit, and schedule professional email campaigns, newsletters, and client communications with precision and brand alignment.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, social media scheduling, and content coordination.
  • Sales Assistance: Support the sales team with lead tracking, CRM updates, proposals, and follow-ups.
  • PR & Media Relations: Coordinate press releases, media lists, and outreach to journalists and influencers. Track media coverage and assist in building strong relationships with key media partners.
  • Event Coordination: Help organize and manage client events, press activations, and brand launches in Dubai.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, sales activity, and media engagement.
  • Administration: Manage calendars, prepare polished presentations and provide general coordination across departments.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, PR, or sales coordination.
  •  Excellent writing and speaking skills in English (essential); Arabic is a plus.
  •  Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite; experience with CRM, email marketing, and PR tools preferred.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple
  • priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with confidence in liaising with clients,
  • partners, and media.
