Experience :

  • Familiarity with office equipment such as scanners, photocopiers, and fax machines.
  • Strong communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Prior customer service experience will be an added advantage.

Job Description :

Karsaz Pvt. Limited is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to business activities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, efficient, and confident in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office resources, including IT accessories, stationery, and publication materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of resource utilization, documentation, employee data, and company registrations.
  • Supervise front desk operations and maintain the Master Control Register.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and visa application processes.
  • Update company presentations, profiles, client databases, and inventory records.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
