Operations & Dispatch Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and tech-savvy individual to manage our e-commerce fulfillment and production flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Scheduling: Manage timelines to ensure all orders are prepared on time.
• Shipping & Logistics: Oversee packing and coordinate daily pickups with delivery partners.
• Inventory Control: Track stock levels of raw materials and finished products.
• Quality Assurance: Perform final inspections to ensure every order meets our standards.

Requirements:

• Tech-Ready: Must be eager to learn and master new software and technical workflows.
• Highly Organized: Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for accuracy in packing and inventory.
• Fast Learner: Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
