Job Title: Office Coordinator / Administrative Coordinator (Office Administration & Operations)

Job Summary

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, coordinating activities, and contributing to meaningful social impact projects while building a stable and rewarding career in administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily office operations and administrative activities
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and internal communications
  • Maintain office supplies, records, and filing systems
  • Support project teams with documentation, logistics, and coordination
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Assist with report preparation, data entry, and record keeping
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners
  • Ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in office administration, coordination, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Work Details

  • Schedule: Full-time
  • Location: On-site in Doha
