Office Coordinator

Position Title: Office Coordinator – Biomedical Engineering

We are inviting applications for the position of Office Coordinator from qualified and experienced professionals with a background in Biomedical Engineering and hands-on exposure to electro-biomedical equipment within healthcare environments.

Role Overview:

The Office Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the efficient administration of office operations while supporting technical and coordination activities related to biomedical equipment management. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a clear understanding of hospital systems and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational office activities
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of electro-biomedical equipment
  • Coordinate with hospitals, vendors, and internal technical teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Assist in procurement processes, equipment maintenance scheduling, and inventory control
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare standards, safety regulations, and organizational policies
  • Support project coordination, reporting, and communication across departments

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering (required)
  • Demonstrated experience working with electro-biomedical equipment
  • Sound knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare systems
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical documentation practices
