The Office Coordinator assists the Adult Day Services Center by performing administrative duties that are essential for the daily functioning of the program. The Office Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of all participant transportation services under the direction of the Program Director. In addition, the Office Coordinator shall assist the Program Director with marketing endeavors and public relations appointments.

EXPERIENCE:

1. At least one year of experience as an administrative assistant in the health field.

2. Ability to communicate well with the participants, families and staff.

3. Skills in typing, Excel, PowerPoint, filing and good telephone communication.

4. Ability to organize and keep detailed records.

5. Some understanding of medical terms and health procedures.

7. Handles sensitive and confidential material.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 per hour
