We are looking for a responsible and organised Office Coordinator (Female) to join our office . In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be the point of contact for staff and clients, providing administrative support across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office operations, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist with document management, filing systems, and record keeping.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Office Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresher

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
