We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant (Promise Keeper) to support daily operations for a flooring showroom, construction company, and real estate office.

This role is ideal for someone who values structure, consistency, follow-through, and enjoys being the calm, reliable point of contact for customers — while also assisting with basic social media content using clear guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the showroom during business hours
  • Answer and return customer calls, texts, and emails the same day
  • Provide proactive project updates to customers
  • Schedule measurements, installations, and appointments
  • Coordinate with vendors, installers, and subcontractors
  • Maintain accurate customer and project records
  • Follow established checklists and procedures
  • Assist with simple, guided social media content, such as:
  • Posting pre-written or templated content
  • Capturing basic photos or short videos in the showroom
  • Uploading completed projects or promotions
  • Communicate issues or delays to the owner promptly

Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable following routines and checklists
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Basic computer and smartphone proficiency

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Office coordination or administrative experience
  • Customer service background
  • Familiarity with posting on Facebook or Instagram

Pay: From $25,000.00 per year
