What we are hiring for:

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Starting Pay Range: $27 to $29 per hour

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer incoming calls and greet/assist visitors
  • Monitor and respond to shared inboxes and general inquiries
  • Provide daily administrative support (printing, requests, troubleshooting)
  • Maintain organized files, records, and document systems
  • Large print/lamination projects
  • Prepare and distribute training materials and meeting documentation
  • Support company events and special projects
  • Process and manage invoices
  • Support Accounts Payable (check processing, tracking, supply ordering)
  • Complete expense reports and assist with financial tracking
  • Assist with onboarding tools, access, and operational needs
  • Maintain accurate community and manager records
  • Post updates, announcements, and recognition on internal platforms
  • Support company programs and events
  • Coordinate materials, logistics, and execution of special projects

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
  • One to three years of related experience and/or training.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling systems.
