Dispatcher – Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Dispatcher to manage daily call flow and technician scheduling. This role is essential to keeping operations running smoothly by coordinating incoming service requests, confirming appointments, and ensuring efficient routing for assigned technicians. Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate company software systems are critical for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily dispatch operations, ensuring efficient routing and scheduling of clients.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Assign service calls to technicians based on availability, location, and priority.
  • Confirm and validate appointments with customers via phone.
  • Maintain accurate records within company systems and applications.
  • Communicate clearly with technicians to provide job details and updates.
  • Monitor schedules throughout the day and make adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable operating a computer and navigating multiple applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Previous dispatch or customer service experience is a plus (but not required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Rotating weekends

Ability to Commute:

  • Las Vegas, NV 89102 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Las Vegas, NV 89102: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
