Office Driver

Zapegg Tax Consultant is looking for a reliable and responsible Office Driver to support daily transportation and delivery needs at our Dubai office. This role is ideal for someone who is punctual, familiar with Dubai routes, and committed to ensuring smooth and safe transport for staff and documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive company vehicles to transport staff, documents, and materials as required.
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of documents to clients, partners, and government offices.
• Maintain the vehicle in excellent working condition through regular checks and servicing.
• Follow all traffic rules, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Keep records of vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and trip details.
• Assist with basic office tasks when required, such as handling parcels or supporting admin staff.
• Ensure cleanliness of the vehicle at all times, both interior and exterior.
• Report any mechanical issues or incidents immediately to the management team.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive documents or information during duties.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE light vehicle driving license.
• Proven experience as an Office Driver or similar role in Dubai.
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads, traffic rules, and navigation tools.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Basic communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to handle documents securely and maintain confidentiality.
