Job Summary
The Office girl is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises and providing basic support services to staff and visitors to ensure a comfortable and well-organized workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of office areas, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
- Ensure pantry items are stocked and organized
- Clean and arrange office furniture, workstations, and common areas
- Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene standards
- Assist during meetings and office events when required
- Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to Admin/HR
- Follow company policies, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements & Qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Polite, respectful, and presentable
- Physically fit to perform cleaning duties
