This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai. The Office Girl will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming office environment, assisting in daily administrative tasks, managing incoming and outgoing communications, and providing excellent customer service as required. The role also involves supporting office staff with clerical tasks and basic office organization to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with clients and team members.
  • Demonstrated competence in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of Accounting to manage simple records or office expenses as needed.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain an organized, clean, and efficient office space.
  • Previous administrative or office support experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using common office tools and software.
  • Positive attitude and willingness
