Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company regulations and health and safety standards.
  • Assist management with reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and office records efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
