Office Manager

We’re looking for a highly driven Office Manager to help lead our company and keep both office and field operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, accountability, and teamwork.

You’ll oversee daily office operations, manage bookkeeping and collections, and ensure our administrative systems are efficient and accurate. Having experience in the restoration or insurance claims industry is a plus, but not required.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and a natural problem solver who loves motivating and supporting others to perform their best work.

$65,000 - $75,000 yearly

• Manage daily office operations and administrative team
• Handle bookkeeping, invoicing, and collections
• Streamline processes to improve communication between office and field teams
• Maintain accurate job documentation, billing, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist with scheduling, client communication, and project tracking
• Support leadership in maintaining high standards of service and professionalism

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
• 2 years of management experience or similar work experience required
• High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent

• Familiar with using Quickbooks
