About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience managing administrative functions, supporting cross-functional teams, and maintaining a productive work environment. You will play a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly and that our team has the resources and support needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the office, including facilities, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee administrative staff and coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and manage contracts, service agreements, and procurement.
  • Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and event coordination for meetings, company events, and staff functions.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and productivity.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense management for office operations.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and workplace compliance is up to date.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage communication between departments to promote collaboration and resolve issues quickly.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Knowledge of office procedures, budgeting, and basic HR administration.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and maintain confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
