Looking for a dedicated and cheerful Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, flexible with time, and able to support both administrative and operational needs with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and manage annual leave ticket for staff, business travel for management, including flight tickets, hotel bookings, transportation, and visa processing.
- Handle employee benefit applications such as medical insurance, life insurance, and staff discount cards.
- Coordinate with company transportation for staff schedules and requirements.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement.
- Oversee and monitor the maintenance and condition of all office facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and fully functional workplace.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management for facility and office-related needs.
- Support administrative tasks, documentation, and coordination across departments.
- Assist the Operations team when required.
- Handle client or customer complaints routed through the office — act as the point of contact, coordinate solutions, and ensure timely follow-up until resolved.
- Visit government entities (such as the Ministry of Interior) to process documents, clearances, or other required legalities on behalf of the company.
- Support in operational documentation, follow-ups, and coordination with different departments.
Qualifications
- Experience in office management or administrative roles (F&B/hospitality experience is an advantage).
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Arabic speaker
- Professional handling of client concerns and customer complaints.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle confidential information.
- Cheerful personality, adaptable, and flexible in time.
