Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead our administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily administrative tasks, managing office staff, coordinating vendor relationships, and supporting overall office efficiency. Duties

  • Supervise daily office activities, including front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and clerical support to ensure efficient workflow
  • Manage scheduling for meetings, appointments, and company events, ensuring calendars are up-to-date and conflicts are minimized
  • Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel files, and assisting with training & development initiatives
  • Coordinate payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation
  • Organize office space through filing systems, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with safety standards

Experience

  • Strong background in office experience including clerical tasks, front desk management, and administrative support
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or comparable bookkeeping/accounting software for financial record-keeping
  • Experience in event planning for meetings or company functions is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of human resources procedures including onboarding, training, and payroll management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage schedules effectively using calendar management tools
  • Excellent communication skills paired with organizational prowess to handle multiple priorities efficiently
