RiseUp Group is hiring on behalf of one of it's leading clients in the textile and garment manufacturing industry.

The Office Manager will be responsible for supporting the Chairman and the Board by managing executive communications, preparing business reports and presentations, and ensuring the timely follow-up of strategic projects and internal initiatives.

The role includes coordinating board and leadership meetings, documenting minutes, tracking action points, and maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all correspondence.

The Office Manager acts as a central link between departments to ensure alignment on priorities, monitors progress on key operational and strategic tasks, and provides the Chairman with clear, accurate summaries and decision-support materials.

This position requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to work under pressure while managing multiple high-priority assignments effectively.

Reporting to: Board of Directors

English: Excellent (spoken & written)

Experience: Minimum 7–10 years supporting C-Level / Board

Software & Tools: Excellent MS Suite, Strong PowerPoint, Strong Excel (Dashboards), SAP knowledge preferred

Certification: MBA highly preferred; Project Management certificates are a plus

Location: 10th of Ramadan

Work Schedule: 6 days/week, 8 AM – 4 PM

Industry background: Manufacturing / Textiles / Industrial preferable
