Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations within our dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in office management, administrative tasks, and team supervision. This role requires a versatile individual capable of managing multiple responsibilities including event planning, vendor relations, and human resources functions to ensure smooth and efficient office workflows.
Duties
- Coordinate and oversee daily office operations to maintain productivity and efficiency
- Manage scheduling, calendar appointments, and multi-line phone systems to ensure seamless communication
- Supervise administrative staff and support team management initiatives
- Handle bookkeeping, budgeting, payroll, and QuickBooks accounting tasks with accuracy
- Oversee vendor management, including negotiations and maintaining professional relationships
- Organize events, meetings, and training sessions to promote team development and organizational growth
- Maintain filing systems, front desk operations, and ensure proper phone etiquette is upheld
- Assist with human resources functions such as onboarding, employee records management, and compliance
- Support medical office management if applicable, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and procedures
- Develop and implement office policies to improve workflow efficiency
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in clerical and organizational tasks
- Supervising experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities in team management
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, calendar management software, and multi-line phone systems
- Experience in event planning, vendor management, budgeting, payroll processing, and bookkeeping
- Strong communication skills coupled with excellent organizational abilities
- Prior experience in medical office management or front desk operations is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to handle human resources functions including training & development and employee relations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3.0 – 6.0 per week
Work Location: In person
