Job Overview
We are a Media & Advertising Agency seeking a highly organized and professional Office Manager to take full responsibility for all office operations and provide direct administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The ideal candidate will manage daily office activities, coordinate internal departments, and handle client contract follow-ups with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for all office operations and daily administrative management
- Provide direct administrative and organizational support to the CEO
- Manage, prepare, organize, and follow up on client contracts and agreements
- Communicate with clients regarding contracts, renewals, and required documentation
- Handle all office correspondence, including calls and emails, in English and Arabic
- Coordinate between all departments (Design, Marketing, Sales) to ensure smooth workflow
- Prepare reports, summaries, and professional presentations for management
- Maintain proper filing, documentation, and confidentiality of all contracts and records
- Manage office suppliers, requirements, and administrative processes
- Track deadlines, follow-ups, and priorities related to clients and management
Job Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written) – Mandatory
- Proven experience in contract coordination and client follow-up
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
- Ability to prepare professional presentations
- Previous experience in a Media, Advertising, or Marketing Agency is highly preferred
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sunday: OFF
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
