Freedom Landscaping is a fast-growing lawn & landscape company doing 7 figure revenue annually, specializing in high-end outdoor hardscape projects & Maintenance .

We’re building something bigger—and we need the right person to help bring structure, organization, and execution to serve our clients .

The Role (Read This First)

This is NOT a typical office job, we are NOT your typical company. We are not looking to throw somebody to the wolves, we are looking to internally develop this role with an in depth, substantial training plan.

We are looking for a high-energy, take-ownership, get-it-done office manager.

Someone who (After training is complete) :

  • Doesn’t wait for direction
  • Doesn’t watch the clock
  • Doesn’t just “do tasks”

We want someone who:

  • Sees problems and fixes them
  • Builds systems where none exist
  • Takes pride in running the backend of the business

You will be working directly with the owner (who moves fast, thinks big, and working on better organization).

Your job is to bring structure, challenge ideas, and make the business run better every day.

If you’re the type to just agree and “be cooperative,” this is NOT for you.

We want someone collaborative, opinionated, and willing to speak up.

What You’ll Own

Lead Intake & Sales Flow

  • Answer calls and respond to leads immediately
  • Schedule estimates efficiently
  • Make sure ZERO opportunities fall through the cracks

Sales Support

  • Renew annual maintenance contracts
  • Send proposals fast (same-day or next-day)
  • Daily project client communication

Job Setup & Coordination

  • Handle permits and applications
  • Call in 811 utility mark outs
  • Prepare job files and keep projects organized
  • Help coordinate between office and field

Systems & Organization (THIS IS HUGE)

  • Build and improve systems (CRM, files, workflows)
  • Identify inefficiencies and create new processes to fix them
  • Create structure in a fast-paced environment

Office & Cash Flow Support

  • Send invoices and track payments
  • Help keep cash flow tight and organized

Who We’re Looking For

You are:

  • High-energy and driven
  • Naturally organized (or obsessed with fixing disorganization)
  • Someone who takes ownership without being asked
  • Comfortable speaking up and challenging decisions
  • The type of person who says, “this could be done better” and then fixes it
  • Not afraid of a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment

Who This Is NOT For

  • Someone who needs constant direction
  • Someone who just completes assigned tasks
  • Someone who avoids conflict or always agrees
  • Someone who watches the clock or does the bare minimum
  • Someone looking for a slow, predictable office job

What Success Looks Like (90 Days)

  • All leads are handled quickly and tracked
  • Estimates are going out fast and consistently
  • The office is organized and running smoothly
  • Systems are being built and improved
  • The owner is no longer buried in admin work

Compensation & Growth

  • Pay based on experience ($23-27+ hour)
  • Performance bonuses tied to efficiency, revenue support, and growth
  • Opportunity to grow into a senior office manager role as the company scales
