We Want Your Talents! – The G1 Group is looking for an experienced and passionate Office Manager to join our growing dealership family. The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will primarily be responsible for processing and overseeing financial transactions of the dealership, AP, AR, maintaining human resources and payroll. This person will prepare and analyze reports needed by administration to assess the financial performance of the center and work collaboratively with all departments within. The Office Manager works closely with management to ensure sales, services and products are recorded daily, aiming to provide a quality and World Class customer service experience. The successful candidate believes in our mission and shares our core values.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Works with management to oversee and ensure all required payroll documentation is completed and submitted for processing by the payroll deadline(s)
· Manage all aspects of accounts receivable and accounts payable on a daily basis
· Oversee and ensure posting of cash receipts and completion of bank deposit slips
· Work with the General Manager, to produce monthly company financials
· Manage trade in/buying center pay offs
· Processes payroll deduction reports and allocations
· Manage all aspects of title work: receive titles, issues titles, floor titles, file e-liens
· Represents the company at all times in a professional, courteous, and enthusiastic manner
· Adheres to all company’s standards, policies, and procedures
· Other duties or projects as assigned

· Pay Range $45,000 - $55,000 based on education, experience and skill sets
· Excellent benefit package including: Medical, Dental and Vision

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
