We Want Your Talents! – The G1 Group is looking for an experienced and passionate Office Manager to join our growing dealership family. The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will primarily be responsible for processing and overseeing financial transactions of the dealership, AP, AR, maintaining human resources and payroll. This person will prepare and analyze reports needed by administration to assess the financial performance of the center and work collaboratively with all departments within. The Office Manager works closely with management to ensure sales, services and products are recorded daily, aiming to provide a quality and World Class customer service experience. RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Works with management to oversee and ensure all required payroll documentation is completed and submitted for processing by the payroll deadline(s)

· Manage all aspects of accounts receivable and accounts payable on a daily basis

· Oversee and ensure posting of cash receipts and completion of bank deposit slips

· Work with the General Manager, to produce monthly company financials

· Manage trade in/buying center pay offs

· Processes payroll deduction reports and allocations

· Manage all aspects of title work: receive titles, issues titles, floor titles, file e-liens

· Represents the company at all times in a professional, courteous, and enthusiastic manner

· Adheres to all company’s standards, policies, and procedures

· Other duties or projects as assigned

DESCRIPTION OF PERFECT CANDIDATE:

  • You have the interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with individuals and groups of all levels and to troubleshoot and problem solve with individuals and groups of all levels.
  • You have an extreme attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • You have the organizational skills necessary to coordinate multiple projects with little or no supervision. The mathematical skills necessary to balance deposits and the ability to use a calculator proficiently.
  • You have the ability to use computer hardware and software, (word processing, excel spreadsheet formulas, power point, mail merger, etc..), and the analytical skills necessary to prepare statistical and financial reports.
  • You have advanced users’ knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
  • You have the organizational skills necessary to prepare reports and perform reconciliation of accounts in a timely manner
  • You are organized, you like to look ahead and build long-lead calendars, and you can also pivot to meet tight deadlines.
  • You are collaborative. You expect change. You put the team first.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Three years or more of experience in related position and field
  • Dealership accounting experience a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team-player, friendly individual with an eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Mental ability to work effectively with multiple distractions and conflicting priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a highly dynamic environment and adjust priorities, as necessary.

COMPENSATION

· Pay Range $45,000 - $55,000 based on education, experience and skill sets

· Excellent benefit package including: Medical, Dental and Vision

· 401(k) Plan

· Paid time off

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
