Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to lead our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales management, construction, and possess excellent leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the office and field team, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance
- Ensure high standards of inventory preparation, presentation, and installation are consistently met
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Sales/Operations Management or related field
- Strong knowledge of cabinetry, flooring, or other construction fields
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and money handling procedures
- Commercial construction and renovation experience is a plus
- Ability to lead a team effectively and foster a collaborative work environment
- Prior experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role is preferred
