We are seeking a skilled Office Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and support the smooth functioning of our office. This position is ideal for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a commitment to maintaining a positive and efficient workplace. The Office Manager is “the glue” that holds the company together. They can best be described as the link between the company’s senior management team and its employees. They must LOVE dealing with multiple priorities at once and can prioritize to achieve company goals. The ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving operational excellence will ensure their success.
The successful Office Manager must be proficient with Microsoft Office, and a minimum of Two Years of Prior Management Experience is Required; a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is a plus.

**Responsibilities: **
Payroll
· Scheduling
· Timeclock Software
· Payroll documentation
· Timesheet Processing
Human Resources
· Serve as a link between an organization's management and its employees
· Online and Internal Postings of Open Positions
· Reviewing Resumes/Applications
· Screening applicants for review by appropriate manager
· Conducting Interviews as needed
· Hiring & Onboarding new employees
· Payroll documentation, garnishments, etc. as required by the Company, State, and Federal Government while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and labor laws.
· Timesheet Processing
· Managing staff disputes
· Disciplinary action administration either in a lead role or in conjunction with another member of the management team
· Staff Termination
· Exit Interviews
Finance
· Basic accounts payable, accounts receivables, bookkeeping, and general accounting in support of CFO & CPA for their accounting duties.
· Credit card processing and incoming/outgoing money
· Petty cash
· Cash Drawer
· Opening & Closing of Daily Contracts
· Daily Sales Reporting
Procurement / Facilities Management - Managing the overall company space to include:
· Securing and negotiating with service providers and contractors.
· Scheduling routine maintenance
· Overseeing any installations or renovations
· Procuring and replacing equipment, office supplies, subrented items for customers, etc.
Sales Support
· Software license administration & email setup for staff
· Administrative support for sales staff
· Backup sales support
Operations & Administration
· Ensure all Paperwork is properly completed with all items in place for scheduled delivery
· Assist with processing delivery & pickup schedules and related dispatch processing.
· Primary point of contact with clients for delivery and pickup scheduling and/or any related issues.
· Planning & scheduling for jobsite meals when appropriate
· Travel planning & administration for non-local work projects
· Consult with senior management on strategic planning, staff scheduling
· Open & Close store as needed
· Assist in overall operations of the company in conjunction with other management
