We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our law firm. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensure efficiency across departments, and support attorneys and staff in maintaining a professional and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations and administrative staff

Oversee scheduling, office procedures, and workflow coordination

Handle facility management

Assist with HR functions, including onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee records

Coordinate billing support

Maintain confidential client and firm information

Support and manage attorneys with administrative and operational needs

Ensure the office maintains a high level of professionalism and organization
Qualifications:

Prior office management experience, preferably in a law firm or service relation

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

Experience with legal billing software and Microsoft Office

Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally
