Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative activities.
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility-related tasks.
  • Organize meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
  • Support HR and management with administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records and company documents.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and office documentation professionally.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Supervisor.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Very good English level is preferred.
