Client Services Manager

Part-Time, 30 hrs/week | WorkCentral | Westborough, MA

WorkCentral offers premium furnished offices, meeting rooms, and co-working spaces to a diverse community of professionals. We’re looking for a polished, people-first Client Services Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

The Role

You’ll be the face of WorkCentral — ensuring seamless daily operations, delivering exceptional client experiences, and keeping everything running behind the scenes. This is a hands-on role that blends hospitality, administration, and light financial management.

What You’ll Do

· Own the client experience: welcoming members, managing reservations, handling technical requests, and improving administrative processes

· Supervise the Client Services Associate

· Manage multi-line phones and front desk reception

· Coordinate with our tel-data team on client technical needs

· Run monthly invoicing for 70+ clients using QuickBooks and support accounts receivable/payable with the CFO

What You Bring

· 2+ years of administrative experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory role

· Polished communication skills — in person and by phone

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Basic accounting knowledge; QuickBooks experience a plus

· A calm, detail-oriented, can-do attitude

Schedule & Compensation

· Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–2:30 pm (additional hours possible)

· $28–$35/hour, based on experience; performance review at 3 months

· 16 -17 paid holidays + 2 weeks paid personal time (3 weeks after 2 years)

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
