Location: Vikhroli West, Mumbai (Work from Office)
Work Hours: 10:30 AM – 3:30 / 4:00 PM (5 hours/day, Monday to Saturday)
Reporting To: CEO
CTC: ₹3 – 4 LPA

We are seeking a mature, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
This multifaceted role combines Administration, Accounts, HR, and Executive Assistance responsibilities — ideal for someone who values structure, discipline, and reliability.

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration
- Oversee daily office operations and vendor coordination
- Manage supplies, courier, pantry, and basic maintenance
- Handle travel bookings, reimbursements, and logistics
- Support internal meetings and small team events
Accounts Support
- Maintain petty cash and handle basic bookkeeping
- Manage vendor bills, reimbursements, and payments
- Coordinate with CA and finance team for monthly expenses
- Maintain organized financial and audit records
Human Resources
- Track attendance, leaves, and employee records
- Support onboarding and exit formalities
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs
- Assist in employee engagement and team-care initiatives
Executive Assistance to CEO
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel plans
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely closures
- Handle confidential communication and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in Administration, Accounts, or Executive Assistant roles
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and email correspondence
- Knowledge of bookkeeping / Tally / Zoho preferred
- Reliable, disciplined, and personable demeanor
- Female candidate (40–45 years) residing near Vikhroli West
