Hours: 40 hours per week.
Pay Rate: $29.81 to $30.11 per hour. There is a $5,000 bilingual differential add-on to annual pay for this position
Education: High School diploma/GED required

As an Office Manager, you will:
- Assist the Program Director in the ICM (Intensive Care Management) program.
- Organize, coordinate, and monitor all non-clinical administrative functions of the program office.
- Manage the medical records; maintain accounting and budget records for program expenditures.
- Act as lead for clerical and reception staff, if designated
- Perform a variety of administrative and accounting tasks including data entry, reporting and tracking information for program management as well as maintain accounts payable and receivable.
- Compile and analyze information or data as requested and coordinates collection and preparation of operating reports.
- Act as administrative liaison with central office human resource personnel.
- Conduct duties with a high level of confidentiality.
Additional Qualifications and Skills
- Bilingual Spanish is required for this position
- At least one year of senior level administrative support required
- College level math and communication skills preferred
- Strong phone etiquette, ability to multi-task, ability to manage multi-phone lines, strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and must thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, including intermediate MS Office knowledge
- A valid California driver’s license in good standing, personal vehicle, and proof of insurance is required to fulfill the essential functions of this position.
- Able to pass criminal/background clearance

Our Adult Outpatient Programs (Areta Crowell Wellness Recovery Center, Douglas Young Wellness Recovery Center, Heartland Wellness Recovery Center, Jane Westin Center, Maria Sardinas Wellness Recovery Center, and South Bay Guidance Center) provide behavioral health services including psychiatric and clinical assessment, treatment planning, ongoing medication services, individual and group counseling, case management, crisis intervention, mobile outreach, vocational support, and peer support. We deliver fully integrated services to adult clients diagnosed with a serious mental illness, as well as individuals with co-occurring, mental health, and substance use disorders.
All of our outpatient programs also provide full-time walk-in services. Our programs utilize evidence-based practices to assist our clients in reaching their goals and to live the highest quality of life while managing their mental illness.
