Office Manager / Bookkeeper

TerraCraft Outdoor Solutions is a growing landscape design and construction company focused on high-quality outdoor work. We handle everything from grading and drainage to patios and full outdoor builds. As we grow, we’re looking for someone to take ownership of the office and keep the financial side tight and organized.

Position Overview
We’re hiring an Office Manager / Bookkeeper to handle day-to-day financials and keep the office running smoothly. This role is a mix of bookkeeping, admin, and light operations support. You’ll work directly with ownership and play a key role in keeping the business organized and moving forward.

Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Financials

  • Manage QuickBooks Online (daily use)
  • Categorize transactions and maintain clean books
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Send invoices and track receivables
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Prepare basic financial reports (P&L, cash flow, etc.)

Office Management

  • Answer calls, emails, and handle client communication
  • Manage scheduling, documents, and internal systems
  • Keep job files, proposals, and records organized
  • Assist with contracts, change orders, and paperwork
  • Help maintain simple systems for smoother operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with QuickBooks Online (required)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organized and able to stay on top of multiple tasks
  • Good communication skills (both with clients and internally)
  • Able to take ownership of responsibilities without constant oversight
  • Experience in construction, landscaping, or a similar field is a plus

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
