Bridget Catherine Interiors is a high-end residential interior design studio specializing in new construction, renovations, and full-service furnishings. We are a growing business seeking a highly organized Office Manager / Bookkeeper to support daily operations and financial management.
Job Summary
This role combines office management, bookkeeping, and project support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing financials, invoices, and administrative systems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Financial Management
- Manage invoicing, proposals, and client payments (Houzz Pro, QuickBooks)
- Track expenses, reconcile accounts, and maintain financial records
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
- Coordinate with accountant/bookkeeper as needed
Office Management & Operations
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and email communication
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation
- Coordinate vendor communication, orders, and deliveries
Project & Administrative Support
- Assist with project tracking, timelines, and documentation
- Support ordering, procurement, and installation coordination
- Prepare client proposals, presentations, and internal documents
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in office management, bookkeeping, or administrative roles
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
- Experience with invoicing, expense tracking, and financial organization
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience in interior design, construction, or a related field is a plus
