Remco Yacht Solutions is a small, fast-growing marine service company based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We service luxury yachts throughout South Florida and are building something real from the ground up. As we grow, we need someone who can grow with us.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Bookkeeper who wants more than just a job. This is an opportunity to build and own the entire financial back-office of a growing company. We need someone mature and experienced enough to improve our current financial structures, set up proper systems, and take full ownership of the bookkeeping side of the business.

You won't be micromanaged. You'll be trusted to run your own show, and as the company grows, so will your role.

Responsibilities

- Manage all day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks

- Handle invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable

- Track and categorize all business expenses

- Prepare financial records for quarterly and annual tax filings

- Manage payroll processing

- Ensure compliance with Florida sales tax and business tax requirements

- Identify areas to improve financial processes and implement better structures

- Communicate directly with owner on financial status and recommendations

What We're Looking For

- Proficient in QuickBooks (required)

- Proven experience with small business bookkeeping

- Strong knowledge of invoicing, payroll, expenses, and tax preparation

- Familiar with Florida sales tax and business taxes

- Self-starter who takes ownership and works independently

- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

- Someone who wants to build something, not just clock in and out!

Schedule & Compensation

- Part-time: 1 day per week to start (will grow as business needs increase)

- Competitive hourly rate: $25 - $30/hr based on experience

- Flexible scheduling
