Office Manager / Bookkeeper

Responsible for maintaining accurate restaurant financial records, reconciling sales and expenses, supporting accounts payable and bookkeeping workflows, and helping management with financial performance.

Key responsibilities Include: Maintain accurate books for daily, weekly, and monthly restaurant activity, including sales, expenses, deposits, and vendor payments.

Manage invoice and accounts payable workflows using Toast and vendor management software. Maintain financial data in QuickBooks, including journal entries, bills, vendor credits, and chart of accounts mapping.

Prepare regular financial reports such as profit and loss statements, expense summaries, and cash flow updates for ownership or management. Monitor restaurant specific cost categories such as food, labor, and operating expenses. Help maintain organized records for year-end accountant coordination.

Required qualifications: Prior experience as a restaurant bookkeeper, restaurant accountant, or similar finance role in the hospitality industry. Working knowledge of Toast POS and inventory. Strong QuickBooks experience. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through. Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with ownership, managers, and vendors.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
