Beyond Blue Outdoor Group is a fast-growing luxury outdoor living company specializing in high-end patio enclosures, pergolas, motorized screens, and custom outdoor spaces. We operate across multiple markets and are expanding rapidly.
We are looking for a high-level Office Manager who can take ownership of office operations, financial organization, and internal systems.
Position Overview
This is a key role within the company focused on maintaining organized operations, supporting financial processes, and improving internal systems.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
This is a fully in-office position (Monday–Friday). Remote work is not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Oversee bookkeeping and financial organization using QuickBooks
- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Track and reconcile expenses, receipts, and company credit cards
- Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready financial records
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with invoicing, collections, and payment tracking
- Maintain employee records, PTO tracking, and timekeeping
- Ensure internal systems (Buildertrend, Monday.com, etc.) are accurate and up to date
Systems & Efficiency Leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and office systems
- Implement and optimize tools across CRM, project management, and accounting platforms
- Help streamline repetitive tasks (payroll, receipts, reporting, invoicing)
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support team adoption and use of systems
Home Show & Marketing Support
- Assist with planning and coordinating home shows
- Organize materials, signage, and logistics for events
- Track and input leads into CRM systems
- Coordinate staffing and scheduling for shows
- Support follow-up processes to ensure leads are properly managed
Qualifications
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and using multiple software platforms
- Prior experience with bookkeeping and payroll required
- Experience with QuickBooks (or similar accounting software) preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in construction, home services, or similar industry is a plus
Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Typical hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 100% in-office role (no remote or work-from-home options)
Compensation & Benefits
- $52,000 – $70,000 per year (based on experience)
- Paid Time Off:
- 5 days after 6 months
- 10 days after 1 year
