Office Manager / Bookkeeper

We are seeking a reliable Manager / Bookkeeper to oversee our daily financial operations and keep our office running smoothly. You will be the primary person responsible for accurate financial record-keeping (AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations) while also managing general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping: Manage all daily financial entries, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations using software like QuickBooks.

Payroll: Process employee wages, tax withholdings, and benefit deductions accurately and on time.

Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements, such as P&L and balance sheets, for management review.

Office Management: Oversee general administrative duties, including vendor relationships, office supplies, and maintaining filing systems.

Compliance: Ensure all financial actions comply with local and federal regulations and assist with year-end tax preparation.

Requirements

Experience: Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in bookkeeping and office management.

Software: Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational ability, and clear communication skills.

Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred.

Pay: $25.52 - $30.53 per hour
