Office Manager – High-Performance Dental Group (Base Salary + Bonus)

We are not looking for a typical office manager.

We are looking for a leader who can drive accountability, improve performance, and help grow a high-performing dental organization.

This role is for someone who understands that success in a dental practice comes from strong systems, clear expectations, and consistent execution.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading and managing a team of 10–20 team members
• Driving scheduling efficiency and maximizing productivity
• Improving collections, case acceptance, and overall performance
• Maintaining accountability across the team
• Ensuring a strong, positive, and growth-oriented office culture
• Supporting doctors and team members to perform at a high level

Requirements

• Office management experience (dental preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with scheduling, billing, and team management
• Familiarity with dental software (Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, etc.)
• Ability to track and improve key performance metrics

Compensation

• Salary Starting at $50,000 (based on experience)
• Performance-based bonus opportunities
