Office Manager / Dispatcher

With 38 years in the plumbing industry, we've built something worth being proud of — and we're searching for a detail-oriented Office Manager / Dispatcher to help us keep it running at its best. You'll be the heartbeat of our operation — the vital link that connects our customers with our operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and schedule service appointments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Coordinate technician dispatch and ensure timely response to service calls
  • Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and proactive follow-up
  • Oversee invoicing, payment processing, and day-to-day billing operations
  • Maintain detailed, organized records for all customers and jobs
  • Assist management with a variety of administrative responsibilities
  • Keep the office well-stocked, tidy, and ready for business every day

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of office administration or office management experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a willingness to learn our scheduling software
  • Prior experience in plumbing, home services, or a trade-based industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
