Office Manager & Executive Assistant– Arlington, VA


This role is primarily responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Arlington office, ensuring a seamless, professional, and well-managed workplace environment. In addition, the role provides high-level administrative support to senior executives. The ideal candidate is an experienced office manager who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing operational ownership with executive support.


Ideal candidates:

  • 8+ years' experience / Office Manager who takes full ownership of a professional, fast‑paced office environment
  • Comfortable providing high‑level executive support as part of the role
  • Proactive and dependable, with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues before they escalate
  • Confident serving as the primary on‑site point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and building management
  • Able to manage multiple priorities calmly and effectively in a high‑pressure environment
  • Comfortable operating independently with sound judgment and minimal direction
  • Maintains a polished, professional presence while remaining approachable and service‑oriented
  • Adapts quickly to changing priorities, new executives, and evolving business needs
  • Provides executive support with discretion, strong organization, and attention to detail
  • Takes pride in creating a seamless, well‑run workplace and is willing to step in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the Arlington office to ensure a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related needs, vendors, building management, and service providers
  • Oversee reception and front-of-house operations, including greeting guests and coordinating meeting logistics
  • Ensure conference rooms are properly set up, maintained, and ready for meetings and events
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory; proactively anticipate office needs
  • Coordinate office services, repairs, and maintenance as needed
  • Support compliance with company policies and standards related to office operations
  • Act as a reliable on-site presence, handling ad hoc requests and operational issues as they arise
  • Provide administrative support to a team of senior executives
  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Book and amend domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Process expenses and assign appropriate deal codes through Concur
  • Screen and redirect phone calls and manage executive communications as needed
  • Hours are 9am-6pm, 5 days a week in office
