Office Manager – FMCG Trading

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Location: Industrial Area 1 near China Mall – (80% Ajman / 20% Dubai)
Salary: AED 6,000 – 7,000
Availability: Immediate Joiner Only

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee administrative and operational functions for our F&B Trading business. Based primarily in Ajman with partial duties in Dubai, this role ensures smooth office operations, team coordination, and compliance with company processes in a fast-paced trading environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise daily office operations, ensuring efficiency across both Ajman and Dubai offices.
  • Handle documentation, correspondence, filing systems, and office logistics.
  • Support management in reporting, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers within the F&B trading sector.
  • Oversee basic HR and administrative tasks, including staff coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and smooth workflow across departments.

Requirements:

  • Proven Office Management/Admin experience in the UAE, preferably within FMCG, F&B, or trading industries.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage dual-location responsibilities (Ajman & Dubai).
  • Immediate availability is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
