Full Time Office Manager – Residential
The Office Manager maintains and enhances BayMark Health Services day to day business office functions and patient/insurance collections. This Interim role will not last more than 6 months without prior approval from the COO. The position will adhere to and embody the Company’s Mission, Vision, Values and Principles.

Submit AR report to direct manager and Executive Director weekly.

Responsible for collections from Insurance companies.

Resolve claims issues/errors to ensure claim payments.

Set up clients on a payment plan for co-insurance, deductibles, or self-pay charges.

Check benefits and explain the cost of treatment to potential clients.

Responsible for reviewing Insurance payments and closing financial accounts and insurance claims when completed.

Review patient accounts monthly for accuracy.
- Review Web-submissions and contact inquiry.
- Inquiry calls-set appointments

Payment posting
-
Collect all Deductible and copays.

Help patients with financial payment plan.

Financial Auditing of patient’s insurance

Assist with claims collections.

Keep record of all CC, Cash and Checks payments daily

Billing for all facilities

Verify insurance benefits.

Medical Records
-
Track Monthly Visa Expense

Sober Home payments
-
Set up Providers in KIPURX and DoSpot
-
Set up Providers with LabCorp
-
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

High School Education
-
Preferred: 1 yr. experience in collections in a business office setting

Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Satisfactory criminal background check.

Satisfactory drug screen.

Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers.
