Location: Longs, SC (Greater Myrtle Beach Area)

We are a well-established, locally owned HVAC company that has been proudly servicing the community for over 30 years. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and experienced Office Manager to join our team.

This is a fast-paced role perfect for someone who enjoys variety, can wear multiple hats, and thrives in a busy service company environment. You will play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while supporting the owner and field team.

Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience with Service Titan (required)
• Strong experience with QuickBooks - including A/P, A/R, and Payroll (required)
• Prior office management or administrative experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other trades preferred
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Advanced customer service and scheduling skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Ability to multitask and make quick decisions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must have reliable transportation and live within reasonable driving distance to Longs, SC

What You'll Do:

• Manage daily office operations and customer communications
• Process invoices, estimates, and billing
• Handle payroll and accounting functions
• Coordinate jobs and scheduling through Service Titan
• Provide administrative support to ownership and field technicians
• Maintain organized records and ensure smooth workflow

Schedule: Monday - Friday
